Charles Ligon
Beginning his real estate career in 1986, Charles has been actively involved in the appraisal of real property for 36 years. Clients include lending institutions, banks, mortgage companies, insurance companies, government agencies, Realtors, developers and investors. Being one of the first appraisers in Texas to receive the General Certification, Charles has the experience, knowledge and qualifications to tackle any appraisal assignment. Charles is also a licensed real estate broker and has knowledge and experience in residential construction, commercial construction and development. Charles has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. Click here for his appraisal qualificaitons.
